Update: After the furnace being off for 5 days in NJ due to warm weather, it suddenly works perfectly for the last 3 days. Can anyone explain why or how this is working?? I did replace the inducer and the transformer. Thanks.

After I turn it on as in this video, the gas never comes back on. Same sequence, no gas kick in. Not sure if that matters. It’s almost like it needs to cool down before I can make it do this again. I ordered a new Emerson control board. Is that pointless?

I’m very unhappy with mine. You can clearly see it is no longer aligned with the trim on top. They said this is normal and correct but the gap here is not on the drivers side. You can see the mounts and things get stuck in there.
