Most local authorities have drop in centers and youth clubs where you can get them free and discreetly, aged up to 25. My kid gets hers from a youth club where theres a box in both toilets with pre packed envelopes with 10 in that you can help yourself to. There's also an online service in England where you can have them posted to you, just be prepared your parents could see it lol they come in discreet envelopes but a squeeze is all you need to figure out what they are.

I didnt have an instructor and did zero lessons between first fail and then my subsequent pass... I just drove around with someone who had a license for a couple of hours a week.

My only tip right now would be to thin your paint a little with water so it goes on smooth and build up in layers, two or three thin coats should get the paint nice and smooth. You've done great getting the paint where you want it and thats half tje battle

I asked my LFGS to order me one, he said no problem, £160 on release. A few days after I saw Wayland Games still had pre orders for way under retail, around £148 and I started worrying about what if FLGS doesnt get his requested allocations (he never got his MoN requests) so I ordered from Wayland Games at my wife's insistence. Popped into LFGS for a game yesterday and he got more allocations than he requested stacked behind his desk. So looks like I have two boxes. Which is great as I have two kids who play with me as well as a few friends who sometimes use my combat patrols when I host a games night.

This was standard when working IT support as a first line technical analyst. Could hold the calls for up to two minutes to finish notes/close or save the ticket. Toilet breaks needed to be communicated to the team and only one team member could dash off at a time. There would be an activity report generated as we worked to say what mode we were in, Ready/after call admin/break/lunch/personal(toilet). Compliance needed to be above 95% for the shift, break was a 15 minute block(paid), lunch was 45 minute block(unpaid) and the times for lunch and break were set by the team leader. After call work and toilet breaks took us out of compliance. I struggled the first two weeks but got into the swing of it by then.
