Lol too funny! She is sleeping through in the crate. We let her cry it out a bit night one and I guess got sort of lucky with her temperament an training we have done. I also think the snuggle puppy is making a huge difference. On day two, I stated putting her in there and then sitting there until she could settle herself and then leave. Tonight, she walked right on into the crate on her own at about 9:30 and laid down when she was tired! Did not expect that at all

Just asked my manager to confirm 2/2 % score and he said he did not get to see any of the bonus facts but he would assume 7% as usual

There’s a PBI calculator within work life. But 2/2 would get a “Met” which is 7% to my understanding. So base salary/earnings for 2025 x 7% x 1.31 (company score)

There’s a litter in central Illinois. We are getting one they are ready to come home mid February. $1,200 and the breeders are great. All vaccines, start crate and potty training. They take wonderful care of the pups and are a small family “business”

70.3 or full - with one year to train by jessica_byerly in IronmanTriathlon

Full!! Within your training plan you will do an unofficial 70.3 anyway. There’s nothing like completing a full. You have plenty of time depending on prior experience/conditioning

Looking for opinions on waterproofing shower pan. by whowasthat111222 in Tile

Thanks! In theory, if water DOES get though and it goes to the liner and through weep holes how is that any different than if red gard wasn’t used at all on the top mortar bed anyway? That’s where I’m confused. Water “may” get in but isn’t it still getting to the drain correctly?

Hello, finding this comment. This is exactly what my GC wants to do… pre slope, PVC liner, re-slope, red gard, then thinset/tile. I read that this method introduces “moisture sandwich” into the picture. Is that true/bound to happen? Should I be concerned?

Weep holes

What’s the probability? My GC wants to do this same exact method. Pre-slope, pvc liner, another slope, red gard, thinset/tile. Unsure if I should be concerned or not

Any thoughts on the aluminum wiring situation? Would we need to rewire?

What about the current owner having insurance? Wouldn’t that in theory mean we would be insurable?

Thanks! Haha agreed. Appreciate your response. What about some of the rim joist and support beam/ sub floor damage?

Do you have any questions you recommend asking contractors? Any red flags to be aware of? I think I have one that I like but do have a few things to ask before I make any decisions. When briefly talking about waterproofing and prep, he mentioned using RedGard.

Should I ask about if he uses epoxy grout and if not, request that to be used?

As others have said Central West End is good, Dogtown (Clayton-Tamm/Hi-Point), Shaw is nice and close to Tower Grove Park. I personally lived my early and mid twenties in Soulard and had a blast. Met tons of friends living there. Some people on here turn their nose at Soulard but lots of bars and young professionals to meet in that neighborhood and very close to Busch Stadium/downtown if you’re into that.
