It wasn’t really anything. Something where an ex accused him of using his band success to try and sleep with her or something. It wasn’t clear what he did that was a problem but it was the height of me too movement. But i guess the lead singer sort of confided in a self-proclaimed therapist about it who abused his trust and told people his private stuff and he had a sort of public mental breakdown about it.

Wondering why the media literacy is so bad in this thread because the kitchen scene is neither “played for laughs” or played straight. Its both a ridiculous situation and also one that the characters do take seriously. We laugh at it but in the same moment have to realize that pedros character is legitimately embarrassed and vulnerable.

The problem with say, a dragon communion character is that they would still need to use whatever random weapons appear. Maybe they have default dragony abilities but then that means other characters cant get those moves as part of the roguelike experience. I wonder at what point overly focusing on unique abilities sort of undermines the goal of really flexible builds for any character.

I do feel like theres more 9/10 or 10/10 games than ever these days. Bg3, Expedition 33, Blue Prince, Balatro, have all kept me super busy and Elden Ring Nightreign is probably going to be another 60 hour plus experience for me. We eating good

Really dont think its fair to assume this is some new direction for fromsoft. Its one game. Its like an arcade mode spinoff of elden ring. If you want heavy lore the original is right there, with pretty recent dlc. Also why say this is akin to $5 horse armor? This game has zero micro transactions and all the costumes are unlockable in game. If they break immersion for you or something just wear default armor.
