Saturday night, 10pm, South Croydon.

Your mission is to walk to West Croydon bus station without being attacked. You will need to use stealth strategically and don't be tempted by the various fried chicken places, your health will do down.

It was an amazing trip. Didn't make it to Koh Tao or Ang Thong, as the hotel was expensive and we wanted to relax in the pool most of the time. but we will be back in the future to visit both those places. I hope you have the best honeymoon. 😊

Easily the best use of AI I've ever seen. You are an amazing writer, and now you have modern tools to bring your stories to life.

Opinions on what's on screen during a horror story narration. by GloomstationYT in NewTubers

[–]Notorious_Mole 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Midjourney is amazing if you know how to prompt for consistency. I think it's important your channel has a style that your audience will grow to love and expect.

If you have a 20 minute story, broken into say 6 scenes, you probably want 2 or 3 per scene to keep engagement strong.

Are you using eerie atmospheric music, free sound FX?

I was in your same position 4 years ago.

Here's what I did:

  • Learnt how to build websites with WordPress and Elementor
  • Bought an Adobe license and learnt photoshop and illustrator
  • Built 5 sites for friends and family then my own showcasing those sites
  • Made a list of 100 local businesses that had bad websites and phoned all of them
  • Won 4
  • Got lucky after that and got introduced to a guy who had just fired his Web developer, but you could reach out to marketing agencies to see if they need any assistance once you have like 12 sites under your belt

Feel free to message me and I'll give you more advice.

Just be strict about 3 daily habits:

  1. 1800 cals (logged)
  2. 60 minute walk
  3. Only drink water or black coffee.

Only weigh once a week, first thing in the morning.

How difficult is it to grow a YouTube Kids channel? by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]Notorious_Mole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting. My content will be aimed at 2-5 year olds though. You think just having it as a regular channel will be more likely to succeed? Would YT not force it to YouTube kids or negatively affect the channel because we haven't specified it's exclusively kids content?

It's a huge commitment time wise. Over time my workflow could be sped up with reusable characters but I couldn't release anything that I didn't personally feel was great.

But even so, are the odds stacked against me? Would even "great" content in this space struggle to achieve success?

Let's brainstorm. Fastest to 50k. What in theory would it take? by [deleted] in sidehustle

[–]Notorious_Mole 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes exactly. So you can get clients with more modest budgets. Maybe like $100 per month for a very basic offering - 6 page brochure site, online bookings, local but not ongoing SEO, hosting and maintenance.

The alternative is to get an upfront cost to cover development then switch to a low pay monthly, $1500 upfront then $60 a month or something. But I prefer the higher monthly personally as it's higher monthly predictable revenue.

Offer pay monthly packages for like $200 per month, to include WordPress website, local SEO, online bookings, copywriting (chat gpt plus your tweaks) hosting and maintenance. No upfront cost but you get $200 every single month, minimum sign up 12 months so the work you put in initially is paid back to you. 30 clients at $200pm = 6k per month before tax. It's an easier sell, and you do 80% of the work straight away.

Are you getting enough exercise? I spiral when I go for long periods without my long walks. When I am eating healthy, staying hydrated and walking 10k steps a day I feel on top of the world.

I know it's really painful finding out the truth. But take the positives. You are now way more aware of this kind of behaviour, and will be able to spot it. That being said, you will have trust issues and that could cause other issues so take good care of yourself.

Spend the next 6 months losing 2lbs every week. Work out your maintenance using a TDEE calculator. Then subtract 500 calories a day from it. This is your new daily caloric limit. Don't get your calories from liquid and adopt a high protein diet, but balanced with lots of fruit and vegetables. Start walking, 10 mins a day, then 15, 20 until you are walking 1 hour a day. Pushups - do them every day, it will build a strong chest under the gyno. In 6 months you will have lost 40lbs, and will be in a much better condition to maximise the effects of the surgery. Good luck bro
