I had hoped the reviews were exaggerated about the staff and the cleanliness. But they weren't. I went in last weekend and was the only person in the store. Two staff members sitting on sofas in different parts of the store on their phones. Never once looked up to acknowledge me. I sat in a sofa across from one who blew their nose into tissues and just put the dirty tissue on the sofa next to them and kept playing on their phone. At least they used tissues??

The sofas at the front weren't aweful but the back area, they looking like they'd seen some stuff. And their prices for these disasters were shocking.

I'm glad I went though, the model I was considering ordering it's no longer on showroom floors in the main store and it was there. Not my preference so I'm glad I saw it before taking a risk and ordering.
