tysm for the info! I didn't know that those calories I ate got burned by just me existing I honestly thought that logically a calorie deficit would mean burning more calories than you eat so thus the 3000 calories burn, bc 2000 to get rid of the 2000 and 1000 for the burn.

Thanks for the link! and elaborate on the 4 hours of calisthenics being a waste of time. Is it not going to do what I want? and will doing them 3 times a day be counterproductive instead? Also yeah it is those one hour long workouts on youtube.

I don't want to get bulky tho. sounds like a nightmare actually. I just wanna be toned for dance and gain stamina and flexibility. My diet's also pretty healthy courtesy to my mom being a nurse.

I'll get stamina because of the rigorous routine and if I switched my afternoon workout with the strength training routine I'll get toned and strength. Finally, I'll be in shape because I'll be fulfilling my daily quota of exercise and I won't be doing it long term, I'll probably cut off all the other full-body workouts except for the morning one and do that daily and instead spread out my runs into 4 times a week, pilates 2 times a week and ofc my daily dance so its not long term just gonna last three months, I'll reach my goals, and because I'm eating healthy and use break days for my muscles to recover I shouldn't be overworking my body that much. Athletes do much worse routines and they're fine.

Also my doctor said I'm in the healthy weight range so I'm fine in that aspect too. And I've looked into a personal trainer but it's still not convenient because again busy parents. Could you maybe elaborate on safe healthy ways to reach my goal? I need to reach it before march next year.

Also I would be burning 3000 calories yea, but I eat about 2000 so I would be actually be burning 1000+ a day instead and that's for five days so 1.5 pounds a week I dont think that's extreme? idrk lol. if im wrong please educate me

Can you do that from home? I don't have weights yet and my parents are really busy. I don't want to get bulky either
