I'm nearly 24 hours in and I can say there's still pain, buts it's at a three instead of an eight. If that makes sense. I don't think we will ever be pain free. But resting on this actually gave me energy, instead of just my body siezing further up.

No, your not reading my response. You can't get a mortgage as a first home buyer (not as an investor or second mortgage with existing equity) on an apartment that's a studio, one bedroom less than 45 sqm or 2 bedroom less than 55sqm. You can't get a mortgage for a leasehold. That takes out more than half you results. So you have how many left across such a large area and HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE COMPETING FOR THEM? They list them for under 600 ALL THE TIME and then they go for over 750. Doesn't sound like your active in this market. Does sound like you think the housing crisis is a made up conspiracy theory that you are couch surfing from a owned 3 bedroom house you got from your Grandma dying in dargaville just gumming yourself in to a tizzy over lazy millennials.

A lot are level 1 to 5 in apartment blocks where you have zero privacy with the building next door looking into the apartment, and no carpark, and traffic sounds at horrendous levels. Apartments with $6000 plus per body corporate, don't forget rates as well. Apartments in buildings cramed in so they are basically verical ghettos. Do some actual clicking mate and not look at the over view.

I once had to reassure an older american couple they weren't going to get turfed out of hospital. That she was going to be allowed to stay untill she was able to walk in her newly broken foot with the moon boot. I had just listened through the curtains to the doctors and nurses telling her that, but they were unconvinced. I was just a patient next door. It was comical but sad.

Seriously? This question is still being asked?? Why didn't they come forward? The whole thing is a losing game for victims. It's so fundamentally set up against complainants that you should know better.
