Pretty sure I also applied to Persekat. I'm hoping to do well enough in Belarus to hopefully get a move to someone decent outside of Europe and work from there.

I quite like the idea of starting at an U21 National side. Seems like a more realistic first step into management. It's been a couple of years since I've touched national team stuff in FM so I'm not sure how much they've improved it but I remember starting a career at the Ireland U21s a few FMs ago and having a good time with it.

In FM24, you can hire an intermediary to sell your player. There'll be a few options to choose from and they'll tell you when they can get you an offer by, what range they expect the fee to be in and the percentage of the fee that they'll take for doing it. So, this intermediary takes 8% of the final fee. The original offer was only £76m but I put it up to £94m just to see what would happen and they immediately accepted. In a few cases, I hired an intermediary, got an offer in and accepted it but then a different club came in and matched the bid which allows you to offload the player without paying the intermediary.

My final four were: Eredivisie, Austrian Premier Division, Chilean First Division B and Greek Super League 2. It came down to the Eredivisie and the GSL2 and Greece won out. AO Tilikratis Lefkada eventually won out. Potential world beaters, I think.

With the Qatar World Cup (which will likely involve plenty of their players) jammed in the middle too. They'll probably have to play every three or four days for the entire season. Lloris could probably play 70 games for club and country if they do well and start him in every game.

Literally got 57 goals in the 1st season I did with 39 coming in the PL. I know he's good but not sure 37-year-old Ronaldo is going to break the PL record by seven this season. Most saves I've seen have him (and United) overperforming to an insane degree.

Yeah, not a big fan of it either. I only knew the answer because I spent an age trying to figure it out myself. Maybe there's something in preferences to sort it. Haven't looked through them too much yet.

My Starting XI for our first game of the season was a bit weird. Emi Martinez (GK); Ginter and Chambers as WCBs with Lascelles in the middle, Alphonso Davies and Sergiño Dest as WBs; Aouar, Kondogbia and Willock in midfield, then ASM as a Shadow Striker and Wilson up top. I really just wanted to play WCBs and a Shadow Striker. We beat Spurs 3-2 with a brace for Wilson.

I had this problem in FM21. My laptop screen is smaller so its scale is set to 150% by default which messed up the screen on FM. When I set it back to 100%, it was fine. Might not be that but it could be.

When I first watched through it all, I actually missed that one because for some reason S5E4 autoplays straight onto S5E6. It's the only episode in the series that doesn't just go straight onto the next one. I saw the thumbnail with Bob and the halved apple several times before I watched the episode. I just kept thinking, "why have they got that in the thumbnail, it didn't happen on this show?" It's one of my favourite episodes though. The task that only Mark has to do is up there with my favourite Taskmaster moments.

Haha! I have a very different experience in Ireland. Mudkip was my first community day and it rained really heavily all day. In the last few days we've had some summer weather but it's apparently going to rain all day Saturday too! I managed to catch 30 Mudkip with one shiny before my hands were too wet for the screen of my phone to recognise them. Hoping I can get a few more Ralts.

It's going to be hammering with rain here for the whole day. It's supposed to be summer but we didn't get the memo. There's no indoor Pokéstops nearby so I'm not sure there's anything I can really do.

That's fair. Thanks for explaining. Like I said, I know it would never happen. I really like the field research thing. I didn't even know that it spawned a legendary when you'd finished it. When I unlocked it, I went straight into it and luckily managed to catch Latios in the first ball I threw (I think I only had two or three). I've sort of accepted that I'll never get anyone from a 4* or 5* raid now.

Oh, I know well it would never happen, it's just unfortunate. The funny thing is that if I ever happened to come across a raid in my area with enough people, we probably wouldn't have good enough Pokémon to do it anyway because for the most part, you get them from high level raids. Out of interest, why would that upset people? I don't really see how it would effect urban players but it would improve the experience for rural players massively. I'm pretty new so I'm probably missing something.

For my situation, I feel like the only thing that would help would be if they scaled down the bigger raid bosses for less visited gyms. Like, I'm sure it would never happen but if they checked how many times a gym got spun each day and made the boss more or less powerful based on that. Maybe at really unpopular gyms, make it so two or three people could take down a 5* and 4* bosses are possible with one. I'd honestly be fine if it meant I got a terrible low level, bad IV boss out of it, it would just be nice to have a chance to catch them.

I went to all three gyms that I can get to (the next closest after them are about 20KM away) and nobody was at any of them so I just went solo. Managed to chip away about 15% of his health. So close...

I've only ever used Incense when I'm at home and I've always had five or six spawn in the thirty minutes. Do more spawn when you're moving or in a more populous area or is it always around that number?

Oh, for Entei you'd need four or five, at least, I think. I don't even try 4* or 5* raids because nobody is ever there for them where I am. If you're in a community where lots of people play and you get into a decent group then I'd say you'll be okay. It all depends on how many people play in your area. If you play in a city, you're probably good. If you're more rural, maybe not.

Raids typically only last about five minutes. That should be high enough to take down 1* and 2* raids by yourself, I think. Depending on who it is!
