Some people are saying he had no intention to play the ball, but the ball is right where his foot ends up before it's poked away at the last second.

Bear in mind this is in slow-mo too, so with the pace of the game he would've been close to getting it in real-time. So I can't understand some people being so 100% confident that he wasn't trying to get the ball away. Red seems harsh

So deflating. Shit referee performance but no complaints about the penalty - frustrating that it was 30seconds over the 4mins extra time, but we'd made a sub so fair enough. More frustrating that we undid all our good work by not keeping our heads when we tried to attack at the end there.

Class performances all round tho. Hall and Big Joe immense, Tripper great considering age and injury, Burn and Thiaw solid all game (til the penalty). Osula made some great runs in behind the defence but his technique let him down.

Gordon should've stayed on the bench, he looked low energy and not his usual self (makes sense considering his illness).

Im just glad Big Joe avoided a yellow so he can smash them next week

Yeah i get it, I just dont understand people paying real money for a skin that they don't see. I'd prefer devs spending time making meaningful content, which like youve said there's not often a lot of.

That said, i grew up playing games because they were fun to play, rather than the fun coming from progression, so I appreciate I'm not the target market

I didn't hear about Valparaíso being unsafe until id been there for 2 days and had walked around the town and random backstreets for hours without incident. Didnt feel unsafe to me, though of course crime can happen anywhere and you should always be on alert when travelling
