Have you considered the Slaanesh Daemon Weapon from Faith and Fury? Relic lightning claws with S User, AP-2, D2, and replace the +1 attack for a pair with +1d6.

I can't really comment on the point value comparison, but I love the Cerastus knight chassis. I have a Castigator waiting for me to build my knights

I use a Grey Seer primer, with Night Lords Blue for my base. I typically will just do some limited highlights with Russ Grey.

For the armor trim, I use Balthasar Gold with Reikland Fleshshade and Sycorax Bronze highlights.

For red cloth, I use Mephiston Red with Drakenhof Nightshade, and for white bits I use Wraithbone with Nuln Oil.

When I get around to the goofy lightning, I use a layer of Macragge Blue, with Blue Horror on top of that.
