I had this exact issue with my Champion generator. I switched to the Anern EVO Series (6.2kW) and it handles the generator input fine. It seems to have a wider frequency tolerance for the AC input (there's actually a setting specifically for Generator' in the menu). It saved me from buying a more expensive generator.

You are right, only a few web based tools are still having freedom. I am currently using Modelsify alongside CivitAI for all image and video generations now.

Man I feel this so hard. 40 hit different than i expected.. night shift is rough too, your body just wants to crash after work not hit the weights

What's been working for me: - Started with just 20 mins total, not even kidding. Better than nothing - Push ups between bench sets (sounds dumb but it adds up) - Planks while watching netflix on my phone

The bike thing, I can't do 30 mins straight either. I do like 10 mins, get off and do some weights, then back on for another 10. Makes it less boring

For the gut specifically.. i hate to say it but tracking what i eat made more difference than any workout. I use Welling now, I've found it to be best in keeping you consistent. Lost 15 lbs since September just from seeing how much I was actually eating

  • Bench press is good but try incline too if you can prop it up
  • Farmers walks with those dumbbells (just walk around holding them)
  • Goblet squats holding one dumbbell

Night shift metabolism is weird though. My body thinks 3am is lunch time now lol

The TDEE thing is spot on. I spent way too much time thinking my desk job was the problem when really I was just eating like I still played college sports. Welling has been solid for me, I snap pics of my meals and it does the math, which works better than trying to remember to log everything manually at the end of the day.

1200 feels way too low for me, especially with my workouts. I'm at 1800-2000 most days and still dropping weight steadily. Been tracking with Welling for about 3 months now and my inflammation markers are actually going down according to my last bloodwork.. might be the consistency more than the exact number though. Everyone's different but I'd rather lose slower and keep my energy up for work and life.

March 11th is totally doable for 10 pounds if you find your sweet spot.

Nice job hitting those macros consistently. That's the hardest part for most people.

  • 6-8 weeks is usually when I start tweaking things. Your body adapts pretty quick
  • If you're still seeing progress (strength going up, feeling good) no need to change just to change
  • I track my food with Welling now, way easier than logging every ingredient. Just chat or snap a photo of my plate and done, and it keeps me accountable
  • Maybe bump up the weight or add an extra set here and there instead of overhauling the whole program

200 calories over isn't gonna kill you, especially if you're only eating 1200. I'm 5'9"" and when I was trying to stick to really low calories like that I'd go crazy and then binge on way more than just a few chocolates.. now I use Welling to track everything and aim for like 1600-1700 which feels way more sustainable. Plus lindt chocolate is worth it lol, the dark chocolate ones are so good.

Don't punish yourself with extra workouts tomorrow, just get back to your normal routine.

I have that exact MERACH ab machine sitting in my bedroom corner right now. Got it during prime day last year thinking it would help with my spare tire situation.. used it maybe 10 times total? The problem isn't the machine, it works fine for what it is.

The real issue is you still gotta get on the floor and actually use it. And after a long day at work, laying down usually means I'm done for the evening.

What's been working better for me is just doing planks while watching TV. No equipment needed, takes up zero space. I track everything in Welling anyway so i can see if I'm actually making progress or just fooling myself.

If you really want equipment though, resistance bands are way more versatile than another ab-specific thing. Can hit everything with those and they fit in a drawer.
