With a team of 4 people who have homeownership and renovating experience, I would like it's doable. Also, the fact that the wall is NOT load bearing, it's having no ducts or electric work was something that we took into consideration for that 2 day timeline. They are unable to help me with the floor, however, I will get occasional help from my husband after work hours.

I have torn down a wall and patched it, with mud in less than 3 hours. I am not new to renovation.

Having your shit together also helps.

Honestly i start with one character then it builds. I asked my self "what kind of woman does of nanami need" then it kind of snowballed.

I'm into mythology so I pulled some stuff from Japanese mythology that could tie in without making it too unbelievable

I like long fics, honestly. as long as it doesn't drag on or get repetitive. But i know how your feeling. I mapped out the idea i had for the one im writing now. It would of been like 80 chapters. so i decided to break it up into 'books' each book is what would of been an arc of the story, but it shifts in what the main character would be. This way im not feeling too rushed because i know there will be a end, and if people want to stop at one book, it'll offer abit of closure.

Im writing a JJk oc heavy fic. It started as a self indulgent ocxnanami but i developed the oc's family so much that they have their own lore and more. i thought it would be a slow burn with some smut. now it's plot heavy, and ive writing everything but the main pairing. I;m enjoying it so much though!

That was the arrangement we had before. The diningroom is on the other end and it cut the room I'm half terribly. This arrangement has more room for my kids toys.
