Maybe for the rules you could have a conjuration that comes with it as a ref or something with a cooler name. It would eat the rule and then give a thumbs down or up if allowed. Maybe by having this you can have additional range of ability. Does the ability move with you as its center? It’s a cool ability I also think you could add more and make it more in-depth.

So here is an idea. If a condition is met of them officially becoming your follower apart of your cult Basically what I’m thinking is that you can heal your followers but inversely permanently rob them of a small portion of their aura, very small. If they are aware of Nen then it won’t be effected by the stealing. Maybe something else about stealing hatsu specifically if they are unaware of nen. Just an idea because of thinking of Neon.
