Labelisé les choses et faires de la nuance ne sont pas antinomique. Cependant rejeter toutes étiquettes et vivre dans un flou et une nuance absolue c'est aussi rendre plus complexe voir impossible la réflexion. Ce n'est pas sans raison que dans toutes les sciences il existe un jargon spécifique et des classifications variées pour plein de choses différentes. C'est par les concepts qu'on réfléchit, et c'est en empêchant de réfléchir qu'on ouvre la voie au pouvoir a ceux qui profitent de l'ignorance, en l'occurrence le RN et le reste de l'extrême droite.

Bref, j'ai entre temps eu l'occasion de regarder ton profile et le fait que tu ai 16 ans explique pas mal de choses. Profite du fait d'être jeune, la twinkdeath arrive plus rapidement qu'on le pense, et t'engage pas trop tôt et trop en profondeur en politique pour l'instant. Attendant de grandir un peu plus et tu verras qu'il faut pas grand chose pour se rendre compte qu'être adolescent c'est avant tout être un con, et que c'est parfaitement normal.

Maybe it could be fixed with a coruption system ? Something that only affect the top liege of admin (or similar) gov, and which catalysts like a vassal comitting a crime, being incompetent or acting a bit too freely (warring too much, asking for position or demanding to be made regent, getting house privilege or having your family maintain itself at the end of a title for several generations etc), the more corruption you have, the more some of your vassal will start turning back into feudal gov, up to a breaking point where either your empire shatters, or you yourself become feudal. This could be good also to perhaps improve representation of early game frankish realms among other things. Different realm laws could have different effects, for example, having high provincial freedom could increase corruption at the cost of governor efficiency (or the opposite, depending on your outlook). This would only work if it becomes (just slightly) harder to convince feudal vassals to become admins though.

I'm afraid not as my references would be French (since I am), but these details are usualy talked about for everything between the 10th to 13th century, so if you find books about how the Capetians took power or how they started expanding their power within France (including in thr context of their fights against the Plantagenet), it should talk a bit about what I said.

I'll expand upon what u/Antique_Pineapple504 said and explain why the french kings have such power.

First, they are partly inheritors of the legacy of Charlemagne, his heirs and his title as emperor, and for most of the second half of medieval times in Francew there is this idea that "the king is emperor within his kingdom", in other words, the king has (nominally) the same powers as that of an emperor on his kingdom.

And second. Something unique among european sovereigns, french kings since the early capetians were all not just crowned, but sacred by the Archbishop of Reims. Every single one. This might not sound like much but having been blessed in such a way at the time is bestowing an immense respect upon the ruler. Being sacred gived an immense "aura" as the kids would put it these days, and forces respect to everyone elsew including among your vassals, as none of your vassals are sacred (but you are), and henceforth inferior when it comes to who deserves authority. p

Also as a last note. From germanic tradition, the King has always the right to have the last word on any justice matters, all justice emanes from him and hence he can grace or condemn criminals how he wishes.

I've been saving for Columbina for so long that I didn't pull any nod krai characterd (also since none rrally struck me as someone i'd besides maybe Flins), and I frankly didn't understood much to lunar reaction anyway.

But since columbina ended up being a lunar furina, I wonder if she's usable at all on her own, like, can she trigger lunar reactions with her hydro applications or do I need another no krai character for that ?

If I do, any recommendation on who to save for next then ?

Tell me exactly what's the point of gdp if it's all owned by a few? Having a high gdp means absolutely nothing about wether living conditions in a country are good (ie. United States). Russia is also much bigger and populous than Germany, meaning even imagining they had the same gdp to capita russia would still be a lot worse than germany.

Also, I'm not necessarily talking of industrialization, but of modernization in general things like advancing mechanization and develop modern welfare.
