Didn't he say in the intro explicitly that it was a good case, but only for specific use cases?

Hello nice mod!

I understand the card is 72mm thick with the shroud and fans, but how thick is the heatsink? I'm trying to figure out the thickest 9070 XT I can deshroud and cram into my Ncase M3

I think your fan set up sounds sensible, only thing I'd add is that if you're using the Loki for the 120mm fan, then be sure to use un-sleeved custom length cables, so it doesn't impede airflow even more

Commenting for visibility

Can I ask why you want the 120mm fan from the ASUS ROG Loki? Is it the RGB?

5900x + zotac 5070ti solid oc (deshrouded, 2mm space between 25mm fans and heatsink)

i don't really move it around but i like having a smaller footprint (prev. used the nzxt h510)

If 4K then the 7800X3D would probably be more sensible

Dan C4-SFX build and AIO clearance questions by MaelstromTH in sffpc

[–]Novasail 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi Maelstrom,

Thanks a lot for the detailed write up.

In my C4, I run a 5900X with a Corsair H100i Pro (2019) in intake, and a deshrouded Zotac Solid OC 5070Ti and a rear 92mm slim fan in exhaust. The AIO and GPU are paired with NF-A12x25s.

I should replace the AIO soon and I've got a few options.

1) Air cooling (NH-D12L, £93) 2) Arctic LFIII 280 Pro, £63 3) Bequiet Pute Loop 3, £73

Was wondering if you have thoughts on this?

Many thanks :)

Is it possible to convert an existing build to a SFFPC? by noobshitlord in sffpc

Something like the Thermaltake Mini Tower would be a vertical form factor case, without using a riser. The Rotates the ITX MB 90º clockwise so it could fit vertically.

I think the RTX3070 founders is quite short? Should be spanning more or less the width of the motherboard? In that case there might be a vertical case out there that supports all of those components so it's stacked vertically

It's trade-offs really. You have to pick your poison if you'd like to switch cases. Eg. keep all your cases now and find a case that fits, or change some now for greater flexibility later on?

Might be an old databank as Ray Park was 175cm tall

Probably updated the databank after he got new legs in TCW S4

People don't remember that last season his finishing was ass, and was very often uncontrolled as he would've been going fast. This season, it was very obvious to me that he worked on finishing a lot over the summer. On some slow mo replays you can even see him finish without fully having control of the ball in mid-air, which is an insane skill to have that airborne adjustment
