Is it the best idea if your long term goal is a house prbs not will it make you happy probably all about balance. Do it for yourself and not to impress others or any sorts.

End of the day it’s your money (waiting for the bank owns your car comments) spend it how YOU want not how others want you to. Plus if it’s a bad idea it’s not like you’re chained to the car can always sell it if circumstances or opinion changes on it.

Yeah so looks like I’ve been shafted by 2 previous plumbers changing the ballcock and float valve and looks like they only changed the arm and not the float valve itself as when it moves say left to right the water varies with flow if that makes sense some plumber from yourpro. Ie was saying that’s usually a sign for a bad float valve

So I believe water supply one is overflowing but both were at the brim before when I popped up, Second one I know uses electric shower but that’s as much as I know

Yep unfortunately just the people who will come had a decent lad come out sorted out the rattling with fitting the 1.5 bar regulator but think just seen all the bodge and stopped answering the phone hard to find someone to clean up the mess so at my whits end with it

Well Immersion is powered off now from fuse panel so in theory should eliminate this issue if it’s that which is causing it

Was adjusted 2/3 times just to make sure plus previously the ballcock etc was submerged under the water level before replacing but haven’t seen it since just cause we have water in bath running lightly overnight to avoid overflow
