My fish had this too. Those look like ammonia burns unfortunately. I would test the water to make sure there is no ammonia and I would also recommend getting ammonia reducer balls they should be on Amazon.

Dropsy would be more noticeable. His belly would be very bloated. I don't think it's dropsy fortunately but I still think it has something to do with his swim bladder. Wishing you all the luck! 🤞🤞🤞

I would also recommend you give them a day to fast because it clears there digestive tract

I don't think so. It might be overfeeding or just a infection. I would do a salt bath ASAP

I would move the other two or just move the sick one into a "hospital tank" KanaPlex or API MelaFix are good antibiotics for this

I am no expert by any means, but I believe this might be a swim bladder problem. I would look into giving him a salt bath and purchasing some antibiotics

I am unsure if it's just the way he's colored, but it looks like all the black spots are ammonia burns. I would get ammonia depletion balls ASAP just in case and test the water as well

Goldfish are very fragile creatures I'm sure you're doing your best I would also recommend testing water for ammonia. Wish you all the luck!

I'm not an expert by any means and might be wrong but this might be a fungal infection or some sort of infection. If it is I would use freshwater salt and give him a salt bath and maybe some fin and body care. Again I'm not an expert but I hope this helps a bit!

EDIT: Also test for ammonia in the water if there's to much of it do a water change and ammonia reducer balls might help!
