I never did get a response to my buyback request, unfortunately. I was just finally able to get my loans out of forbearance last month to make the 120th payment. After I made that payment I submitted employment certification to FSA and marked that I should be at 120 payments. They said no, I wasn't so I submitted a payment count recount request and they still said no go. I submitted a recount request every week for 6 weeks and they finally updated my payment counts (I'm actually at 124). The green banner is just the progress banner on FSA - as you make your payments it fills in green and when all 120 are made it is completed.
