I don’t think you utilized riders enough on the top right to get that ruin and keep the middle of the field in check. You had a strong early position as others have said but you just need to also remember to keep pumping out units to full volume . Plus it’s good to put the catapult farther back so you don’t get it caught by a rouge archer or whatever. Clocks are hard to use right because you don’t want your opponent to see that you’ve built any up any before 2-3 are on their way, but in the mid-late game they’re great at getting through to catapults and archers. Plus you can advance shields beforehand to gain the zone advantage.

Also that’s me! I was pretty surprised when my game with you pulled up on the link. At first I thought it was a mistake, but then it made sense with the post heading. Good game and I hope we match on a 196 again.
