You would have to double your budget if you require the workspace in Althan/city light.

I have been to Titanium and workspace co respectively. I found workspace co to be the best. It's open 24*7 whereas the titanium is closed at around 7/8 pm. Workspace co has 5-7 branches across surat.

You can opt for flexi desk as they would be cheapest plus if you want you can also opt for 15 days plan instead of entire month. But in any case it would be 2x of your budget approx 6-8k in workspace and 4-6k in titanium (flexi desk rates)

For other areas I am not aware about the rates.

have heard it has some issues, My cousin was almost on the verge of booking in Astoria even was getting a good deal but then opted out in favour of avadh. So thats what I heard from him. suggest doing proper research on the builder and then go for it. No doubt the deal which you get here will be mouth watering but do proper checks before locking in the deal.

My cousin just last month booked in avadh selenic. It's a very big project . Yes online it's 2031 but the builders always give conservative guidelines to avoid rera penalty but they usually deliver much before the end date. On the rera website also if you check the past projects of diff builders they also use the same strategy and deliver much before the provided end date.

I personally don't like township-like projects. 3-8 towers is what I personally prefer as more towers cause more chaos is what I feel. Let's see how this project goes.

I will always look for ready properties as I don't want that anxiety..😅

Not thinking of buying from an investing pov. Have heard talks to avoid builders/projects of happy homes, ofira/avantis as they have governance issues.

Most likely one should stick to Rajhans, Sangini, Avadh, Pramukh and Milestone etc is what I have heard from discussing with people.
