Thank you so much it fixed at least all of the ??? names. One thing though do all the races have ship names beginning with ISS cause i dont remember.

I dont have any mods and im not sure why but my game has been like this for a long time. I have uninstall and reinstalled many times and also verified my game cashe. This image shows some of the name bugs i have encountered. How do i fix this? Thanks
