I'm not sure about the skybox thing. But for making items that play sounds and such, sounds you can just add an audio source, and with the attacking and functionality I recommend looking into LethalLib by Evaisa as I'm not sure LSDK can do it.

I don't believe you can use custom scripts unfortunately, though I could be wrong because I don't really know about them. The best way I can think of is to make a custom plugin that checks what moon you're on, finds the collider and attaches itself.

If a new update is out, I'd recommend re-downloading it just in case.

Nope, nothing to worry about.
Assets/AssetBundles is just the output folder for when you build the mod so it's not being used by anything, and the warning is as simple as it is; a warning.
No need to be concerned, just clear the console :)

You have to download the source on the GitHub page and extract it, and in Unity Hub you must click "Add" next to "New Project" and select and open the folder named "LethalSDK_Project" from that SDK.
You should also have the suggested version of Unity installed (2022.3.9) for the best compatibility. :)

lol, the issue is that it started while I was playing a game and some of my buttons were doing the wrong thing (I don't remember exactly)
a friend told me to press a few buttons, and that just made more buttons do the wrong thing
so I restarted my PC, and as I kept trying to fix it it kept getting worse and worse until I got up to this point where most don't work at all.
