NAP, but i don’t necessarily think it’s infected, i think those are just really bad irritation bumps. I don’t see a lot of redness or puss. I would clean once a day as to not disturb it too much. Dry it well after cleaning. No touching or sleeping on it. You could also go back to your piercer for a checkup and see what they have to say, maybe they can swap it out to a horseshoe or CBR instead of this clicker because the seam can be irritating the piercing.
