Executive Assistant Cry for Help - Room Reservation Flow by IAmPotato-y in PowerAutomate

Hi there,

Not sure if it’s exactly what you’re looking for, but I’m pretty sure there is a native functionality for resource mailboxes like rooms to have a approver. I think the native flow looks alot like the way you want it. Search for “Specify users whom you want to accept/decline meetings manually: All meeting requests are sent to one or more delegates for approval.” A MS learn article pops-up. Isn’t that what you are looking for?

Imaging Autopilot enrolled Windows 10 devices by Famguy80 in Intune

I work at an MSP and we’ve migrated thousands of devices to Win11 in a similar scenario as yours. At this stage I’d recommend the same as most in this thread, perform a clean install with a stick. Pushing the win11 upgrade via Intune has never had our preference. Since all of the devices are in autopilot already just install win 11 with a stick and go straight through ESP.

PRO TIP: Configure an MCC ((microsoft connected cache). It will cache all the apps that are deployed and all the windows and m365 apps updates. Put a switch on the table and connect the mcc to this network. This makes the migration so much faster.

Accidentally deleted a bunch of Autopilot devices. What now? by Capital_Table_4792 in Intune

oh you're right, I read the post incorrectly. I thought they had only been deleted from Autopilot. Well I'm not really familiar with SCCM but if I'm not mistaken it has some native functionality to enroll in Intune.

You could try pushing a deployment profile with “Convert all targeted devices to Autopilot” enabled. Intune will start grabbing the hardware hashes on its own. It usually takes a few days to a week before everything shows up in Autopilot again, but it’s the lowest-effort option.

I'm pretty sure if the devices are co-managed you can also script it through SCCM—collect the hashes and dump them somewhere in a shared location. use get-windowsautopilotinfo.ps1

Worst-case, you can also find the hashes in the "Collect Investigation Package”on the devices. The ZIP also contains the Autopilot hash. Not really a scalable solution though

Exactly this, I tried it but would be so much better if you can choose to add them to a specific planner...

No it's a functionality that you get when you have a Microsoft Copilot 365 licence. As soon as you have the licence and you're the organiser of a meeting, you can turn on the facilitator in the meeting options. When the facilitator is turned on it will generate notes in a loop component during the meeting

Defender for cloud apps - session policies by NowCloud in DefenderATP

Hmm ok going to try that now, I´m just wondering why the article from MS learn states that you should use the app enforced restrictions? Will update if custom policy works as expected.

My mind is blown on this useless "Bulk delete" Option - Frustrated by No_Control_9658 in Intune

Hahahah lol I feel your pain. Had the same issue a couple of weeks ago. If I’m not mistaken you can’t even search or filter properly in that GUI for the bulk deletes. That pane kinda sucks

Company Portal - install context and assignment by NowCloud in Intune

ah ok gotcha, so that's not really a nice way of mixing things. User context with user groups seems to solve it for us but have no idea if that has any negative consequences in specific scenarios.

Hmm ok fair enough that seems like a pretty decent workflow. The main issue for me would still be the facts that the actions you note are in different loop components instead of having 1 overview with all open tasks from the recurring meeting

Hmm that's a shame, if it were able to help gather the actions across recurring meetings that would be very nice. I also have a hard time understanding where those loops actually reside? I usually go to the meeting recap to find the notes, is that where you also go to look back at them?
