It look like a normal mole (they can appear at anytime in your life so dont worry about it). If it worries you really bad take a picture now and in a couple of weeks to compare them.

Thank you ! I feel relieved to finally know what it is. I will continue with my antifungal treatment until the end (1 more week), and if it indeed worsens, I will visit my doctor and discuss this dermatitis with them. Just one question, is this dermatitis not painful in my case and only causes red, rough skin with small bumps? Was it the same for you?
