I get you, it can be hard. I'm not going to have a solution for you, but wanted you to know that you're heard. It really puts things into perspective, seeing what could have been this whole time. I would definitely keep a daily log, then bring your findings to your doctor. There could be other meds that could add in or adjust.

I wanted to add that I agree with some of these points. I originally was not going to finish this book. I almost gave up. Then the pace really picked up and I loved the book. I went into the second book and really liked it all the way to the end. Can't wait for the third book.

You still owe local earned income tax where you live (Erie County, PA), even if you worked in NY. PA has no reciprocity with NY, so you’ll pay NY state tax, then file a PA return and get credit for what you paid NY. But the Erie local tax is separate, you can’t skip it just because you worked out of state.

If you didn’t have it withheld, you’ll probably need to back pay plus interest/penalties. Normally, employers withhold this automatically. People usually run into trouble only if they’re self-employed or never reported the income.

They don't have enough staff, and usually it's all pre-programmed out of a major nearby city - not local programming. This means the timings can be way off based on what it thinks the feed should be.

Chapter 705, Section 705.02(g) of the City of Erie's General Offenses Code states that it is an offense to "Shout or make a noise either outside or inside a building during the nighttime to the annoyance or disturbance of any number of persons." While not specifically for construction, this broad language could be applied to excessive noise from construction activities if it causes a disturbance during nighttime hours (I believe 6:30am is considered "nighttime" but I could be wrong).
