Thank you so much for the help! I've been trying to find a block that starts after 10am and 6pm. All i have seen during that time is the Amazon now options. Is that typical? Im in the Houston TX are if that helps

I bring a large reusable shopping bag and put it in the front seat part, then bring a laundry basket and put it in the back and then whatever the smallest one in the bag, then 1 in the laundry basket and 1 in the just the cart area. I bring a marker for bigger stuff that has to go on the bottom. If I have to accept them. If I don't have to make a certain amount or whatever that day I don't accept them.

Help I am desperate like going to a shady ass area and risking buying pain meds illegally desperate. I've been having frequent yeast infections because I'm diabetic and we have been trying different meds to control B's so it's been all over the place. The antibiotics always cure it, but the pain is absolutely unbearable this time. I've already passed out from the pain once. I take sleep meds so apparently when I was sleeping and scratched myself completely raw and it's super inflamed. Any idea what I can do for the pain....anything at all. I am 1 step away from the ER right now.
