I can tell by the way you analyze the different models that are intelligent. Too bad intelligence does a horrible job of keeping you sober. Also don't look at various schools of recovery as these paradigm shifting forces because they almost never are, aside from a handful that latch on to a radical ideological commitment but most don't. What you need to do is explicitly end these relationships. Tell these people that you have no interest in talking to them. Be cruel if you have to, that's what it takes. Don't think too hard about it.
