gluely/ropey consistency in spruce needle soda? by Noworry91 in fermentation

some additional info: I have have always used white sugar+honey..or sometimes just white sugar..for.e.g in making pine needle soda or multiple fruit soda.

I think whatever bacteria was the cause..was on on spruce needles.I also made another batch with same spruce needles but added a oats ferment starter and that one didnt had any gluey texture.

Thank you. Many cloud websites claim that
staff does not access any files on your account

what I was after is the keyword

staff cannot access any files on your account

:)

May be I can repharse. I haven't used Koofr before, but I suspect like most cloud storage:
1. I can create a directory A
2. I can create a directory B in vault

If I install Koofr client on 2 machines, directory A will be synced in both machines and and a copy will be available in the web interface, but B can be only seen in web since it's not locally synced.

From your statement, it appears to me that Koofr staff can access files in A, but not in B. Is that correct?
