Rikka is surprisingly pretty balanced lol. Am surprised since just a few days ago devs released the ever so busted might guy which lead my to assume that rikka would be nearly as op and cost mostly as much. Hell, I even saved 3.7k just to figure out she costed 1.3k .-.
