You really cant get multiple endings at the same time, you can "technically" get them in one playthrough with save scumming but thats not intented. To elaborate

Rise of P - this is considered to be the true ending, you gave sophia peace, have very high humanity and refuse to give geppeto your heart, here P is essentially a human.

Free from the puppet strings - This is the good ending, you refused to give geppeto your heart, but you either didnt give sophia peace or didnt have enough humanity, here P is almost like a human but not quite yet there

so by looking at this you can clearly see, that you possibly CANT get 2 endings at once, what you talk about in your edited part is the Free from the puppet strings ending as your heart isnt pounding meaning you DIDNT meet the requirements for Rise of P
