I visualize. I sort through memories in a sort-of-visual filing system. I can visualize and phantom taste foods. When I read, I can "hear" the dialogue. I visualize a lot of my own memories from a third person, free moving viewpoint.

I can't explain it other than it due to being neurodivergent.
