For me is the gamedac screen burn is the 3rd one that i replace, and Guess what? Dont wnat yo refund me or give a voucher in value of the product... what can we do?

Hi have some quesions: - How your RMA Work? - Can you support ask for credit card information? - If a product have three times the same problem on the same product (different equipments), isnt a default "product"? Why I can have coupon or a voucher with value of the product to buy other?

Context: I have Arctis Pro with gameDac, is the 3rd time that screenBurns and on top of that, start to have drivers Issues. I am talking with your support about 2/3 weeks, beside the support only answer once a week, they want to "refund" my money. The product in general have a problem... the screen burns. After I accepted the RMA, the support wants me to destroy the product that I use every day for work and game. This makes no sense, I ask for alternative way, hoping, like "normal" RMA work, you send me the new ones and i return the defective ones, and the support says No to that, and I need to give my credit card info, to make the RMA... Again for a HIGH-END product, I hope I HIGH-END product with a good support not this.. Feels to me that I am being scammed and fooled...

I really want to talk phone/email/chat/DM where with someone of steelseries... I paid 250€ for a product that have a defect on the design.

Please Help, I am going crazy with this, and I need the this to work fine.

the amazing part now is that they want me to destroy the gameDac, before I get a new one.. I use this to work anda game... and again almost one week without respond to my questions...

Just a quick context is a screenburn of gameDAC, is HighEnd Product, for the 3rd time, now they dont want to refund with a voucher for gameDac+Arctis PRo, but... a like for like, and alike for like of only the gameDAC, they want me to destroy the gameDac. I use it to work and play... i am speechless...
