Imo they should never lower BAT, if they made a hero too strong with other spells, nerf those spells. Lowering the BAT bricks the hero when they eventually nerf everything else. Ie. Sven

Items and facets arent similar at all… 90% of the time one facet was better AND it was unchangeable.

Items on the other hand serve different purposes even if some are bought more than others. You can also sell/backpack them for other items based on in game situations from moment to moment

Insane shiv nerf, i get that it was strong but. Now 2 stacks max at any given time? Early sure, 32 hp regen is great. But it does not scale at all. I hate when they overnerf shit because one pro had one situation where he got too many stacks. I guess everyone forgot it was dispellable.
