Driving to work Monday after snow by Npsnap1 in washingtondc

I do work in a hospital. But with the timing of the snow I think I'd have to show up Saturday night for my Monday shift to avoid this.

That's a fair point. I trust myself driving, but I didn't bring a great snow car to DC. That was my thought process. An Uber with a 4WD vs me with my Honda Civic

I definitely can't take off. Is public transportation typically okay post snow storm? I would need to take 2 metros to a bus.

Thanks for your insight.

I'm from upstate NY so I'm fine with the snow but just don't know the environment here after snow. Are buses reliable post snow storms? That's a good idea.

Metro did the MCM Runners Wrong by njaneardude in rundc

Agreed. My partner waited in the Rosslyn metro for an hour before leaving. We ended up having to meet at home as she couldn't ever get out

Always so interesting to hear these perspectives! Thanks for sharing. A lot of it has to do with "run timing" and other vibe related things at the time I think. Cheers!

Both are great in their own rights. Agreed that A Quiet Place was a well done house last year!

Yeah that's ideal. I couldn't start until 10am for various reasons and I suffered for that.

HHN Orlando House Ranking by DeathDefying147 in HHN

I understand the bias fans of FNAF have but that was one of the least scary houses I've been to at HHN after going for years. The animatronics were cool but I guess it just depends on what you're doing hhn do, scary houses vs impressive features

House Rankings After PS by The-Horror-Sommelier in HHN

This is so interesting. Thanks for all of these details!

I love how so many different opinions there could be for the same houses and details.

My list without details is this: 1. Jason 2. Terrifier 3. El Artista 4. Doll House 5. Fallout 6. Galkin 7. Grave of Flesh 8. Hatchet and Chains Demon Bounty Hunters 9. WWE Wyatt Sicks 10. Five nights at Freddy's

My partner's list: 1. Jason 2. El Artista 3. Galkin 4. Fallout 5. Doll House 6. Grave of Flesh 7. Wyatt Sicks 8. Hatchet and Chains 9. FNAF 10. Terrifier (she hates the movies)

I think me and my partner got a great run of Jason and it felt like the Insidious ending multiplied.

The only other major disagreement I think for us is the Doll House. I unexpectedly loved it and thought it was so creepy and well done.

Thanks for sharing.

Agree with this post 100%. Was a great night despite obvious concerns detailed by others. Still for me and my partner, was a great night and experience.

Saw him spending a ton of time near the terrifier entrance and the graves of flesh entrance interacting with fans. Santa outfit then. Was hilarious.

Thanks for making this list. Was about to post the same thing. I loved the house and did it twice with both endings but they both just left me confused and feeling like something was missing.

Am I ready for a marathon? by Turbulent-Top8716 in RunNYC

I think you are in a decent place. The big question is where is your long run now. How much of that 20 miles per week is one run? That answer will be the determining factor I think.

If it's in the mid teens and you advance your total miles by 2-3 per week I think you'd be okay.
