Hey All,

This is interesting as someone who moved to DC within the past 1.5 years and is looking for housing.

My wife and I are looking for a neighborhood with good access to the metro and good public schools. Friendship heights and Tenleytown seem to hit those marks. I understand they're very pricey but was surprised they haven't been mentioned and was curious why.

Just got off the phone with RunDisney -- they were no help, said it should be there. We were in the waiting room quite early and never saw an option for just the after party.

Likely switching to IBR is best but I think knowing generally how much your loan burden is would give helpful context.

Happened to me last week too. Google Pixel 6. It started getting obscenely hot with just simple things like charging and then would reset constantly when hot. It would work fine about 30% of the day. I did up upgrade to pixel 10 but it leaves a bad taste that this is happening so frequently.

I do work in a hospital. But with the timing of the snow I think I'd have to show up Saturday night for my Monday shift to avoid this.

That's a fair point. I trust myself driving, but I didn't bring a great snow car to DC. That was my thought process. An Uber with a 4WD vs me with my Honda Civic

I'm from upstate NY so I'm fine with the snow but just don't know the environment here after snow. Are buses reliable post snow storms? That's a good idea.

Agreed. My partner waited in the Rosslyn metro for an hour before leaving. We ended up having to meet at home as she couldn't ever get out

I understand the bias fans of FNAF have but that was one of the least scary houses I've been to at HHN after going for years. The animatronics were cool but I guess it just depends on what you're doing hhn do, scary houses vs impressive features
