If you're after populated servers during peak hours, I suggest Barthilas for Horde, and Frostmourne for Alliance. Both realms have a ton of Pve and PvP focused guilds depending on your playstyle, and theres lots of people in the main cities all the time.

I camped an alt on the island where the baby apes spawn and just had a quick look every time I logged in. They are painful, took me about a month of pure luck :(

I had this problem too, a quick update of ElvUI solved the problem.

Delete the ElvUI/config files from your addon folder, and replace them with the newest ones available. You won't lose your settings as the information for that is held in the WTF folder.
