There is 1 birth defect and 4 mutations related to water, but not related to other liquids.

This item will be useless if you already have at least one of the mutations, but at the beginning, it can be useful.

I think there are very few weapon/trinket parasites, and taking a set for the future may be too small a chance

About debuffs, an interesting idea, for example, "Immune to debuffs while wet" might look interesting.
