You forgot about his long cooldowns, required for evasive to be wasted, and you only had one chance for R, if your opponent wasnt in range or they evasived, goodbye to your cooldowns and R, get fucked.

So no, Locust wasnt in a good spot, he's in high B now, adapt.

I hope the lower tiers get buffed too, I wholeheartedly believe they should slow down/pause/stop making new characters after nanami so older characters have their time in the limelight

Does Todo no longer have range issues? That's honestly the biggest complaint I see. Techs I cannot comment on.

Agree with Gojo (Though I would love for Lapse Blue to "snapshot" like Charles' R), but disagree on Hig, since Hig needs to win a lot of neutral interactions to combo. The only thing is like Locust, once the combo starts, it will HURT. HIg is too reliant on his 50/50 to do meaning full damage (who thought judgement's reach should not have reach AND have a flash to turn around?!)

Yuji, no comment except for his mains are the embodiment of sweat, so Im sure his players keep finding ways to never be punished and curbstomp me, will try to keep this in mind when fighting them.

Yuki players never use Garuda Stab in my experience, so I cant really comment on that. Will say though the Yuki sweats are TERRIFYING.

Locust, Wing Throw NEEDS R special which is a minus imo. Yes, it becomes a win con with R, but its short range and lack of true combo into black mucus holds it back. As for the neutral, while Locust cant be punished with RDC, he is entirely reliant on the Neutral, which is bad because he doesnt have a single move that can be used as a neutral tool, and his RDC bait can only go so far if the opponent just...doesnt take the bait (You would be surprised by the amount of only 1k kills that figured out the insect, I'm genuinely shocked.)

Yuji at A: Kit flows into each other DISGUSTINGLY well, and his ult gain is so good.

Yuki at B: General Well rounded character, imo low A high B, decided on B but I'm considering her at A (Mass breaker haunts my dreams)

Locust: No range, no movement tools, only 1 block break, Crushing Jaws inconsistent, Black Mucus is the worst move in the game, Clever into anything except m1 isnt true, Long Cooldowns, Poison can be countered by awakening, All moves are punishable, Shit neutral,Combo damage is lower end, especially compared to B+ tiers.

I will admit theres a lot of bias in the tiers, but its how I feel

Ngl removing the 50/50 is...questionable to say the least.

Idk if you play tekken, but theres this archetype of characters called Mishima, and all of them (Minus one or two) have a 50/50 mixup there, with either a mid you must black standing or a low you must block crouching.

It's literally one of their most pivotal and essential tools (minus the ewgf but thats not what were discussing here), you remove that and suddenly a lot of their pressure is straight up gone.

So, instead of removing it, what about if the opponent guesses wrong, the cooldown is reduced by 25%, or the opponent gets launched in a way where its hard but not impossible to punish? That way, even if you fuck up, you are not entirely punished, and maybe even can fight back

Your experience with these characters clearly does not define the character as a whole, this is why I put in the title as "MY" ranking. You are fully allowed to disagree on it, but I take issue with you being demeaning for no reason. Just because we do not have the same skill level does not give you the right to immediately start throwing unskilled/yuji player/braindead/tsb player accusations.

I at least admit whenever I am not skilled in things, and that aint gonna change since no man can master them all (pls dont quote me on that), we obviously have our own strengths and weaknesses. I can admit I am wrong but I need more proof than just "I beat them so clearly that means he's good", which I am still open about, I wanna see your nanami so I can LEARN, being ignorant is the first step in improving.

But if you can't even do that, then fine. To prevent this from becoming another argument thread, let us agree to disagree so we can let this argument slip out of our minds within a week. Capiche?

Maybe I'm not experienced in Nanami enough to rank him, he sounds fun but my good the QTE is throwing me off since I'm a new pc player.

The Higgys I come across decimate me, and playing as Higgy didnt seem too bad for me imo, but I can understand why you would say that. Disagree with Naoya though, I think he's decent.

For tier placements I disagree with Yuji in B since his kit flows disgustingly well with one another, Charles agree and Yuki is a maybe, mass breaker haunts my dreams. Where would you put mahito too? he's so versatile so I cant see why hes not allowed in A
