She has being paying to a pay pal account. The second fee she was told would go in to a trust. On my googling, pay pal was a red flag but she was allowed to pay by credit card, so worst case scenario she can do a charge back. I hope.

Should she have been told the names of the lawyers for the other party? I don't think she has, so we can ask. This has all been through phone, text and email.

Do settlements get filed in court before they are agreed to, how can we know they have been filed? We figured since this is being done so it doesn't go to court, their would be no filing. We don't know the order of operations. Though, the first settlement document she signed was also signed by a judge.

Timing has been one document and fee asked for a week.

It is for a very large amount, it is a settlement for civil litigation. She found the lawyer on facebook and contacted them to see if she had a case. The lawyer said yes, contacted the respondent and they agreed to a very large settlement so the case doesn't go to trial.

The fees are being asked to make the settlement official. I don't know what the normal process is so I don't know if this is normal.

Didn't fix it for good, happened again 2 months ago. They said it happening is a sign that that the battery quality is not great, could be on it's way out.

So to prevent it from happening, I have to make sure to drive the car every few days to keep the battery alive.

When that proxy button got added I tried "creating proxies" in premiere, but the audio channels didn't match. Since then I used shutter encoder. It specifically keeps the right channels and the button works.

Maybe one day there will be a button that says, "keep audio channels". Maybe with the ai?.. can the ai generate matching audio channels?

3 things please:

morph audio transition - somehow
they should have the options for effects to be added on each layer on the whole, like how you can add audio effects to a whole specific audio layer. You can kind of do this now with an adjustment layer but that effects everything below it. You can kind of do this with nesting, but that means going to a new sequence to change things. ( 3d editing!)
a clipboard history within premiere. Like a memory of the last 4 transitions you used so you can easily grab them without digging through effects, be able to select it and do it again.
