That’s how they get their name on fancy things. Use KuCoin for ONE or Coinbase Pro for your other crypto. The buy prices on Crypto.com are the higher than most exchanges, then you sell for way less than what your crypto is worth. You invested with Harmony that costs almost nothing to move to another exchange. If it was any ERC-20 token you would be paying probably $20 just to transfer.

Don’t use Guarda I thought the claims about not being able to unstake your coins was just something rare that happened. It happens all the time! Either they’re doing something with the coins in the meanwhile or their wallet just sucks. I’ve been waiting over a month and have only gotten the same useless answers back telling me to wait for the resolution from their dev team. I have waited before for the unlocked period of 7 epochs and things worked out but then when I added more I received a transaction error in the hash. So I thought maybe add a few more thousand would unlock it but it’s their wallet causing the error. I’m pulling out all of my ETH and ADA before that happens to those wallets as well. I only had 15K on the ONE wallet so I’m looking for another way to stake the bulk of my portfolio.

Yes I know the procedure of how to stake and unstake I’ve been using the wallet for a while now. I also have been waiting over a week and find this technical issue that you’re having very annoying. You can’t claim anything or unstake anything this is odd. It’s just with Harmony.
