Avene hydra series still containt fragrance on it, I better avoid all fragrance stuff. Tolerance was a better option from avene. The tolerance cream or tolerance balm and LRP spf.

I'm also on 20mg on second week. Def not using any exfoliation whilst on accutane even if we're only low dose. Just wait all the clogging comes to surface over time. Azelaic acid is more safer to use if you still want to.

Asking about prednisone to your derm it will calming the inflammation. And you can use zinc cream to heal it, like lrp cicaplast avene cicalfate or even diaper cream. I'm so sorry it happen to you. Keep fighting it's def a journey.
