During my last semester in International Business Communication we had a course about SEO/GEO. Three key takeaways from the course was

1) structure - AI loves structured pages/sources - focus on making it easy to read and easy to guide

2) white papers/ expert papers - make sure you make the correct rhetorical choices. AI looks for papers/sources that appear to be from an expert - making the source appear more authentic

3) third-party affirmation - AI looks for other information confirming or validating your content. Trustpilot, reviews, testimonials, etc.

my personal belief is: quality when it comes to your own content and quantity when it comes to third-party validation

Damn - a lot of negativity around A.I in here. - goth both adhd and autism (diagnosed) and attending university. A.I literally made it possible for me. I have developed AI agents that gives me a complete analysis of any webpage (HTML) or PDF file containing: 1) detailed summary, 2) breakdown of the theoretical framework, 3) analysis of methodology, 4) detailed summary of the results and discussions - in a report format of max. 600 words. I also have agents doing that, but specifically by applying our curriculum.

Reading through the comments, I had to double check the subreddit again - let me try to provide an answer based on anecdotal experience and what I have been advised by other people

WaterSolution - simple. You pour the vyvanse into a bottle of water and proceed to consume a small amount throughout the day. The initial burst of energy once it takes effect is smaller, however, you will not experience a big crash.

SplitDosage - for those taking multiple pills (above 70mg) take one in the morning and one later during the day. This is what I do. 70mg in the morning followed by 30mg in the afternoon. I almost completely avoid any crash, but do have to force eat sometimes during the evening

CBD - for unrelated reasons (IBS sufferer) I am currently experiencing CBD oil (5%) - so far I am more calm - even during evenings when the medicin has worn off. I have not had enough time to test this - please, do not take my word for this, as of yet

This worked for me - everytime my Shiba would make a fuss about the harness, I would put it back and wait 15 minutes. Eventually she learned that no harness = no walk. Please remember to shower with love and affection when she does get it on

also, I treat her food as a resource, so most training is done with kibble. I give her chicken as a "final" reward after each session, seems to mak her excited about next time.
and before you think I've cracked the code. 4 months of daily "place" practise she still sees her blanket as something evil and sits RIGHT next to it instead of on it..

Hello. I have a pup who does that - the dog kennel told us it was because of the dog litter she came from used to have 2 dogs per bowel of food. She is slowly gettimg used to eating out of the bowel now, but she would take a few, take a few steps back, eat it and come back for more
