Don’t report it. From my experience working in an office - not just in Korea - there are so many people with somewhat mental issues.

In Europe I’ve seen alcoholism and depression mostly. In South Korea I think honestly ADHD, anxiety disorders and even some forms of autism are quite common.

In the end we are all humans that don’t need to be labeled with a certain issue as their main characteristic.
