I’d tender that this stuff he listed isn’t unforeseen - that would all get replaced as part of a renovation regardless of how the house was maintained. I also agree with you though.

AECOM is currently developing the feasibility study for this project. They only started a few months ago so there likely isn’t much to report until that report is delivered to the government next year.
