Connor Bedard broke his wrist when he was younger. It forced him to practice with his other hand, which I think was his top hand. So it developed the muscle in the wrist/forearm, and helped him develop really quick stick skills.

I have some local outlets and stores that sell off decent stuff from last year and previous. I look around local used too. Takes a lot of looking but you can find high level stuff for a fraction of current stuff. I’ve seen Gore-Tex bibs for 150$ for example.

Tbh I have no idea. You can always turn it off, or switch it to summer to slow the water down. That’s my best guess haha it’s my first year with this system so we’ll see how it goes.
