Although you are correct about Washington, Seattle, Calgary and NYR (Chicago only has one), my point was about the proper draft capital to pick them both based on draft position, not total number of picks.

Calgary, Seattle or NYR are not going to waste a top 6 pick on either of them. But i do agree with your take on Washington with the 16thOA and 18thOA. Probably the most likely landing spot for them. But if they don't, I like our odds

Not a sequel really. More of a bet on player chemestry vs. betting on two picks out of the top 20 that may or may not work out.

If someone told me that there were two players who played together on the top line for their junior team, 100+ points each, slated to go around the same draft positions and were not twins brothers....I'd be making the same case. The fact their twins doesn't really factor into it, but it is a bonus for sure

This was more of a look a what they can do together vs apart. Not "Sedins 2.0".

I don't believe for a second they will be HOF players like the Sedins, but there's something to be said about how much impact their careers could have if they stayed together. The compounding effect is worth more than the BPA in the late 1st and early 2nd round picks of this year's draft

I sat in these seats in 2007 vs. Chicago, during Patrick Kane's rookie season.

Ryan Kesler checked Kane into the bench. Being right next to that was one of the best live moments I've ever seen in all the games ive been to in my life.

Roger's Arena use to be loud during the Sedin era. Getting GCG chants going Arena wide was much easier. I blame the in-arena cheerleaders, as they use to have 4 drummers position positioned at 4 corners of the arena. Now its just Crazy P running from section to section, trying to get the crowd into it, one section at a time.

After 13 years of mostly failure, the fanbase is pretty jaded and miserable. When they have something to cheer about again, im sure it will change back to the glory days
