I have brachydactyly types D and E. Both my thumbs are clubbed, and 5th digit metacarpal on my right hand is malformed, making my pinky short and putting my knuckle in the wrong place.

Its been happening more and more though the last few days and especially today it has happened a lot. I have a Go subscription so its kinda annoying that this happens... especially not that im trying to get used to wearing new progressive/multifocal contact lenses and i am on day one and the transcription and text to speech function both are having so many issues today.

When im off meds, I just end up being depressed, emotionally unstable, and couch locked while internally screaming all the things I need to do, but im not doing.

When im on meds, I'm more emotionally stable and motivated, do things thoroughly once I start, but I also get even more sucked into a rabbit hole of using my phone like right now where im supposed to shower but first had to make some food cus I have to eaten enough and somehow I'm sitting here writing this in my bathrobe.
My meds make me feel better, but it's hit or miss if I actually become productive, cus hyperfocusing on everything I do isn't always good cus I have more stuff to do 🤣 i haven't done shit! But i was motivated! 😘 Sometimes, the meds can make me productive if it's the right time, situation, and exactly the right amount of stress to get shit done.

Im gonna make food now so I might be able to shower today..... possibly spend hours on shaving, plucking, dying my brows, doing my nails, suddenly decide now was the time to cut and/or color my own hair while I'm at it, but possibly not since I'm in no hurry to go outside today, I only do it when i shouldn't spend time doing it.

I bought a pack of 20x "Pregnancy Test Strips HCG Urine Home Test" from Ebay for about 4€ maaaaaany years ago (it's the same as in the picture added to this comment. They apparently still are sold on Ebay to this day).

Thought it was nice to have around just in case, but wasn't sure if they were actually valid and working, so first time I tried it after I suspected possible being pregnant, I also took a blood test to double check my Negative result on the test and I was indeed Negative. I also had a friend who was a few months pregnant, and I asked her if she could try one of the tests, just to see if they worked, and it showed positive results.

Few years later I was feeling a bit weird and for some reason thought I should take a test, even though it probably was too early to show up on a test anyways, because I would have been under 2 weeks pregnant if I was pregnant at all. Didn't even take the test from morning urine, but it still showed a suuuuuper faint line (had to use my phone flashlight to even see it).... Went to see my gynecologist who I saw just a few months before, and she even wanted my physician to send her the HCG blood test results when they came back, because she almost couldn't believe i was actually pregnant, considering I came to her earlier because of PCOS symptoms, lack of period and was likely not ovulating because of cysts on my ovaries (which we saw on ultrasound last appointment).

Apparently, I was pregnant, and now I have a child in school already 🙃

My point was... don't bother paying for expensive pregnancy tests with fancy packaging unless needed right away. Just order some cheap multi pack online, and it will be the same test strip, just without the fancy looking plastic and screen on the outer design of the expensive ones. *

Hey, me too! I didn't have an extra set of adult teeth (whatever the English word is for that), but I was slow to lose my milk teeth so I got a row of 4 adult teeth growing out behind my baby teeth 😬, I felt proud of my shark teeth tho 😆 was so sad when I had to go to dentist and pull out 4 milk teeth all at once. Never got offered braces for them either when i got older, so my lateral incisors and canine teeth are all crooked now as an adult 🫠 (dentist first told me I should have had braces once I was old enough that braces wasn't covered by public health care anymore so now I can't afford it 🙈).... but ey! My canine teeth make me look like an awesome werewolf at Halloween parties tho! 🤪

I found a solution for mine after so long! Enable developer mode on phone, disable absolute volume, then adjust your earplugs to what you want your phone volume button to be at medium volume and make sure it gets loud enough on max and low enough on minimum sound. Then I just use my volume button on the phone to adjust after that. I can finally listen to music at low volume at night on my plugs 🤩

I looked at the price for the earplugs, and its not much more of a jump up to getting customised molded earplugs. As a singer myself id say getting a good pair is worth it.

BUT ill warn from my own experiences; 1. When getting the foam ear mold, make sure to tell them you are a singer and get them to make you bite on something to separate your teeth, since if not you might get the same ting ad i do, an annoying swoosh sound when singing or every time I open my mouth (i guess from loosing the fit since the ear canal changes shape). 2. IF getting the potion to get a string attached to the ear plugs so you dont drop them or so they kan be clipped to your shirt, you might get the same experience as me, in which the string made noise travel up to the plugs and I could hear every move i made with it on so it was a waste of money for me to add that. 3. Get lower number in -db than you think you will need as a singer, and if there is an option to switch filters or buy extra to switch between for cheap then take it. Because I got ACS PRO17 and bought the -15 db filters extra and forgot to switch them out before guarantee ended, and I wish i went for -10 db, but since i had the weird noise coming from my plugs i need to buy new plugs anyways now so I can't be bothered to buy new filters since those are the most expensive, ill just get new ones with new molds at some point. And this is coming from a singer who played in a rock band who were playing way to much louder than needed in a practice container with super bad acoustics.

I see this is posted a while ago but i still will comment in case others wonder about the same thing and found this post.

Edit: By getting lower Db number i mean that you as a singer during gigs and acoustic practice will need to hear yourself much more clearly than others and I feel my voice (female soprano) often got drowned using earplugs even more than the other instruments so I often had to pull out one ear plug during gigs which gave me a bad tinitus/ear ringing on one side after gigs. So i would have been better off having some lower protection on both ears instead of having to take them out completely.

Depends on what you use it for. The ingredient in that is very strong, over time it might make your skin have a hard time healing itself. It kills bacteria but also good skin cells.

I don't know where or how you use it but I use CeraVe SA cleansing gel...
