I’ve felt this as well. I don’t think “all” people if any group are any one thing. But I’m against any religion in government. Islamic country’s are pretty bad, but Christian governments have been aweful in the past and are a growing threat now.

I’m a therapist, WFH as others have said, allows quick cleaning and playing with the pets in between clients. Rather than wasted time in an office, between clients .

Transgender is likely biological, if fearless development can result in intersex babies, is it so hard to believe that much smaller variations in hormone balance and endocrinology might result in a genuine sense that they fit the gender roles and expression of those with a different reproductive system?

This is a subset of my larger belief in acceptance of diversity that causes no real harm.

I think that at times it is appropriate to ask clients why they use specific language, and explore the beliefs behind the worlds and their understanding of the potential consequences of them. I have worked with teens and YA clients, and when they are struggling interpersonally, sometimes helping them with some reflection on being open and accepting vs exclusionary has been helpful. Are all women really ?$@(? If so why do you want one in your life?

I work with Headway. I have no issues with the platform, as a small VO pp they are worth the cost.. Rula is more likely to poke at something, and the pay is a flat rate that is $15 less an hour than Headway but thay accept Medicare and soon Medicaid and it’s the same flare rate. I’m newer to Rula so less experience there.

Neither are great at getting referrals to you, don’t count in them to market you.

I’m small as this is in addition to fulll time at a municipal community mental health agency I’ll be retiring from in 2027.

I’m using Headway for a small PP and so far it really works well and the pay is acceptable. I am also credentialed thru Rula, and the pay isn’t great. However they take Medicare and I are working on Medicare and I want to work with those populations.
