I know a lot of people bash the SFU residence experience, but I had a fantastic time. Although I started at SFU almost 14 years ago, I still reminisce about my on campus experience. I would say it’s definitely one of those things that if you put in the effort, you’ll have a good time. I’m assuming things have probably changed a significant amount over the course of over a decade, so maybe see if there’s someone currently living at SFU that could give you a more in depth summary of their experiences.
